We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 will be charged. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return & Exchange Policy

At notebooks world, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
